Timi Barabas is a nonprofit founder, business owner, entrepreneur, public speaker, event planner, and project manager. As an immigrant, she learned English while launching her first business at just 15. Over the past seven years, she has gained extensive experience across 30 countries, co-founding and managing businesses in sales, tech, caregiving, private equity, venture capital, events, and housekeeping. Her nonprofit work spans children’s health, sustainability, mental health, anti-bullying, suicide prevention, poverty, hunger, and peace diplomacy.
Timi’s multifaceted career reflects a deep commitment to both business and social impact. She has collaborated with government officials, business executives, and global leaders, driving initiatives that bridge the gap between philanthropy and high-impact investments. With her strong background in event planning and diplomacy, she has orchestrated major international summits, business forums, and advocacy campaigns, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic influence across diverse industries.
Today, Timi serves as an Independent Senior Partner and Principal Consultant for Impact Ventures International (IVI), an international mergers & acquisitions and wealth management firm based in Los Angeles. IVI works directly with major family offices managing hundreds of millions internationally. She is also the Program Director for VentureMax360, one of IVI’s largest initiatives, specializing in scaling and selling 7-8 figure companies worldwide.
In addition to her work in business strategy, Timi plays a key role in mentoring and advising emerging entrepreneurs.
