Kelly Grandmaison
Co-Founder
Business Strategist | Innovative Leader| Philanthropic Champion
Kelly Grandmaison’s life is a testament to the power of perseverance, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. From overcoming personal health challenges to building sustainable nonprofits and empowering communities, her journey is one of grit, grace, and transformative leadership.
At 17, Kelly co-founded her first nonprofit organization, using creative initiatives like musical theater productions to raise funds for community members in need. Beyond her role as a performer and arranger, she was deeply involved in research and financial analysis, ensuring donations were directed to organizations with clear, impactful financial transparency.
She attended Citrus College, touring with the Citrus Singers and performing across Europe, China, and The Philippines before completing her initial thesis, Musical Therapy and The Brain, for Stanford’s Board of Psychology. She later graduated Cum Laude from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with Associate degrees in Sociology and Fine & Performing Arts.
In 2017, Kelly faced one of her greatest challenges when she was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), a rare and debilitating chronic pain condition. Given a 50/50 chance of survival and a future of assisted mobility, she refused to accept defeat. Through extensive research and the guidance of Mims Gordon, she connected with Dr. Andrew Giusti in Genoa, Italy, where she underwent Neridronate treatments. In 2021, Kelly achieved remission and has remained pain-free since. Today, she is a passionate advocate for CRPS awareness, working with nonprofits to provide resources and hope for others battling chronic conditions.
With expertise in healthcare, education, entertainment, and real estate, she has guided companies from losses to profitability. A bilingual leader, she supports immigrants, professionals, and underserved communities through her roles in BNI, Vital Voices, and the LA LGBT Center.
